To track the status of an order, log in to Rex e-Store account then go to 'My Account' > 'History and details of my orders'.ġ. The customer has the option to have the order canceled and the customer will not be charged for the order.ĥ. If an order will not be available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via email and will be advised if and when the item will become available.Ĥ. Sold products are packed and available for courier pickup and consolidation within twenty-four (24) hours after the order has been processed and approved.ģ. Orders received by 2:00 pm (Philippine time) are processed on the same day while orders received after 2:00 pm are processed on the next WORKING day.Ģ.
